I'm Arslan Mumtaz, a software engineer and Senior CRM Developer based in Lahore, Pakistan, working remotely with businesses in Europe. There's no local office. You get direct access to the person doing the work, at offshore prices, with working hours that overlap yours.

Marketing emails and texts generally need consent, and each EU country applies the ePrivacy rules in its own law. I build consent capture to the stricter standard by default.
In some countries, such as Germany, double opt-in is the expected standard for email marketing. I set up confirmation emails and record the confirmation on each contact.
Funnels and chat widgets that set non-essential cookies need consent banners, and you need a process for access and deletion requests. Both are part of my setup.

Yes, with the right setup. HighLevel provides a data processing agreement with Standard Contractual Clauses and participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You still need proper consent, opt-outs, records and a privacy notice, which I build. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
