"GoHighLevel white label" means two different things, and agency owners usually need both: putting your brand on the software, so clients log in to your platform, and having the work done under your brand, so a specialist builds and supports client accounts while clients only ever deal with you. This guide covers both: what clients see, what each level costs, how to set it up, and what to watch.
1. White-label software vs white-label services
| White-label software | White-label services | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | GoHighLevel under your agency's brand: your domain, logo and colours | A contractor or team builds, fixes and runs client accounts under your brand |
| Who provides it | HighLevel, through your plan and settings | Freelancers, VAs or fulfilment companies |
| Solves | "I want clients to see my platform, not someone else's" | "I can't build and support every client account myself" |
2. What white-labelling the software changes
- Your login address, such as app.youragency.com, instead of HighLevel's.
- Your logo and colours in the web app.
- Emails from your domain once you set up a sending domain (see email deliverability).
- Your own support links and help resources instead of HighLevel's.
- Optional branded mobile app with your name in the app stores.
Some things can still show HighLevel's neutral brand, LeadConnector, for example the free mobile app (see the GoHighLevel mobile app). Most agencies are comfortable with that, because LeadConnector doesn't mention HighLevel.
3. What each level costs
| Level | Plan / add-on | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| No white label | Starter, $97/month | GoHighLevel's own branding; up to 3 sub-accounts |
| White-label web app | Unlimited, $297/month | Your domain, logo and colours; unlimited sub-accounts |
| SaaS mode (resell with automatic billing) | Agency Pro, $497/month | Clients sign up, pay you and get an account automatically; usage rebilling with your markup |
| Branded mobile app | Add-on, $497/month (included with Enterprise) | Your own app in the App Store and Google Play |
Prices are from HighLevel's pricing page; check it for changes. The full breakdown is in GoHighLevel pricing.
4. How to set up white-label branding
- Pick a subdomain for the app, such as app.youragency.com.
- Add it in your agency settings (white label domain) and create the DNS record shown there at your domain provider. It's separate from client funnel domains; see connecting domains.
- Upload your logo and favicon and set your brand colours.
- Set up email sending from your domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Replace support links with your own help page, email or WhatsApp.
- Test as a client: log in with a test client user and check every screen they'll see.
5. White label vs SaaS mode
With white label alone, you add clients and bill them yourself (for example a monthly retainer that includes the software). SaaS mode automates it: plan pages, card payments, automatic sub-account creation and rebilling for texts, calls and email. Agencies on SaaS mode often charge $97–$497 a month per client account. Setup and workflows are in SaaS mode workflows.
6. White-label services: getting the work done under your brand
Branding is the easy part. The real bottleneck for most agencies is the build work: onboarding new clients, snapshots, workflows, A2P registrations, fixes and integrations. White-label help means a specialist does that work inside your clients' accounts, under your brand.
- What to outsource first: new client setups, A2P registrations, snapshot updates and troubleshooting.
- What to keep: the client relationship, strategy and sales.
- Protect yourself: an NDA, user-level access (never your agency owner login), documented work and a clear scope per task.
- How to pay: per task for overflow, or a monthly block of hours for regular work.

7. Mistakes agencies make
- Paying for the branded mobile app before having enough clients to justify $497 a month.
- Turning on SaaS mode before having a tested snapshot and onboarding, so every new client needs manual work.
- Sending email from a shared domain, so client emails land in spam.
- Forgetting A2P registration for each US client, so texts fail (see A2P for agencies).
- Giving contractors the agency owner login instead of a limited user.

Frequently asked questions
Which GoHighLevel plan includes white label?
The white-label web app (your own login domain, logo and colours) starts on the Unlimited plan at $297 a month. Starter at $97 doesn't include it. SaaS mode needs Agency Pro at $497 a month, and a branded mobile app is a $497 a month add-on, included with Enterprise.
Do clients know they're using GoHighLevel?
With white label set up, clients log in at your domain and see your logo and colours. Some parts can still show LeadConnector, HighLevel's neutral brand, such as the free mobile app, unless you pay for a branded app.
What is white-label GoHighLevel support?
A specialist or team doing GoHighLevel work for your agency's clients under your brand: onboarding, snapshots, workflows, A2P registrations and fixes. Clients only deal with your agency. Protect it with an NDA, user-level access and documented work.
