GoHighLevel has three main plans: Starter at $97 a month, Unlimited at $297 and Agency Pro at $497. That's the headline. What you actually pay depends on texts, calls, emails, AI and add-ons, plus the cost of getting it set up properly. This guide breaks down GoHighLevel pricing for 2026, the hidden costs, which plan to choose, and real monthly totals for a single business, an agency and a SaaS agency.
1. GoHighLevel plans and prices (2026)
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 (about $81/mo) | One business, or an agency with up to 3 clients |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 (about $248/mo) | Agencies with more than 3 clients |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 (about $414/mo) | Agencies reselling GoHighLevel as their own software (SaaS mode) |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Large agencies needing a success manager and a branded mobile app |
Annual billing gives you two months free. Every plan has a 14-day free trial, unlimited contacts and unlimited users. Prices are from HighLevel's pricing page; check it before you buy, as plans change.
2. What each plan includes
Starter ($97/month)
- Up to 3 sub-accounts (a sub-account is one business's CRM).
- All core features: CRM and pipelines, calendars, forms, funnels and websites, email and SMS, workflows, reputation management, memberships and courses.
- Unlimited contacts and users.
Unlimited ($297/month)
- Everything in Starter with unlimited sub-accounts.
- Rebill phone and email usage to clients at cost.
- Basic API access.
Agency Pro ($497/month)
- Everything in Unlimited, plus SaaS mode: clients sign up and pay you, and their account is created automatically.
- Rebill usage with your own markup.
- Advanced API access and user reporting.
3. The costs on top of the plan
This is where most people's budget goes wrong. Usage is paid from a wallet in each sub-account. Approximate US rates:
| Item | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| Phone number | About $1.15 per month each |
| SMS | Under 1 cent per segment, plus carrier fees |
| Calls | Around 1–1.5 cents per minute |
| Email (LC Email) | Well under $1 per 1,000 emails |
| A2P 10DLC registration | One-off brand and campaign fees, plus a small monthly campaign fee |
| AI Employee (Conversation AI, Voice AI and more) | $50 or $97 per sub-account per month, depending on the plan |
| $10 per sub-account per month, plus Meta's message fees | |
| HIPAA compliance | $297 per month (agency-wide, can't be cancelled) |
| Branded mobile app | $497 per month |
| Dedicated email IP | $59 per IP per month |
| WordPress hosting | From $10 per site per month |
| Premium support | $500 per month |
Usage rates vary by country and change over time, so check the current rate card in your account. For most small businesses, texts and calls add $20–$100 a month. AI features and high-volume texting are what push it higher. More detail on the extras: Voice AI, WhatsApp and HIPAA.
4. GoHighLevel white label and SaaS pricing
"White label" means your clients see your brand, not GoHighLevel's.
- Your own domain and logo on the web app: included from the Unlimited plan ($297/month), set up in agency settings. Starter doesn't include white label. See GoHighLevel white label explained.
- Branded mobile app: a $497/month add-on (included with Enterprise). Without it, clients use the free LeadConnector app (see the GoHighLevel mobile app).
- SaaS mode (selling GoHighLevel under your brand with automatic sign-up and billing) needs Agency Pro at $497/month.
Agencies on SaaS mode usually charge clients $97–$497 a month per account, so a handful of clients covers the plan. The setup work is in building the snapshots and onboarding; see GoHighLevel SaaS workflows and the snapshots guide.
5. Real monthly totals: three examples
| Who | Plan | Typical extras | Approx. monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| A single service business (one location) | Starter, $97 | 1–2 numbers, texts and calls, A2P | $120–$200 |
| Agency with 10 clients | Unlimited, $297 | Usage rebilled to clients | $297 plus your own account's usage |
| SaaS agency | Agency Pro, $497 | Usage rebilled with markup, maybe a branded app | $497–$1,000, offset by client fees |
A single business only needs Starter. Many business owners are sold Unlimited or Agency Pro by agencies or affiliates when they never use more than one account.
6. Which GoHighLevel plan should you choose?
- One business or one location: Starter. You can upgrade later without losing anything.
- Agency with more than 3 clients: Unlimited.
- Agency reselling GoHighLevel as software: Agency Pro.
- Several locations of one business: Starter covers up to 3; after that, Unlimited.
- Through an agency: many businesses don't buy GoHighLevel at all; they pay an agency for a sub-account, which can be cheaper, but check who owns the account and the data if you leave (see moving a sub-account to your own agency).
7. The cost nobody includes: setting it up
GoHighLevel is powerful, but an empty account doesn't book appointments. Pipelines, calendars, forms, A2P registration, email deliverability and workflows all need setting up, and this is where most of the value (or the frustration) comes from.
| Option | Typical cost |
|---|---|
| Do it yourself | Your time: usually weeks to get right |
| Freelance GoHighLevel expert | Roughly $15–$60+ per hour, or fixed project prices |
| Agency | Often $1,500–$10,000 for a full build, plus monthly fees |
| Monthly GHL VA | From about $200 a month for ongoing help |
For a full breakdown by region, see how much a GoHighLevel expert costs. My own prices are fixed: a $97 audit, $99 A2P registration, account setup from $397, complete automation builds from $997, and monthly VA plans from $199.
8. Is GoHighLevel worth the price?
(New to the platform? Start with what GoHighLevel is.) For service businesses and agencies, usually yes, because it replaces several tools: a CRM, email marketing, SMS, booking, funnels and websites, reviews and course hosting. Those separately often cost more than $297 a month. It's worth it when you actually use the automation: missed-call text-back, reminders and follow-up are where the money comes back. It's not worth it if you only need a simple CRM or email tool and won't use the rest. For measured results, see GoHighLevel results from 13 builds, and for other options, GoHighLevel alternatives and competitors and GoHighLevel vs n8n, Make and Zapier.
9. Ways to keep GoHighLevel costs down
- Start on Starter and upgrade only when you need more sub-accounts or SaaS mode.
- Pay annually once you're sure: two months free. (Compare it with the Black Friday deal.)
- Release phone numbers you don't use.
- Set wallet recharge limits and alerts so a campaign can't surprise you.
- Use email for long messages and SMS for short, urgent ones.
- Add AI and add-ons only where they earn their cost.
Not sure it is worth the price? See the GoHighLevel review.

Frequently asked questions
Can I change my GoHighLevel plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrading is possible too, but check limits first, for example Starter allows only 3 sub-accounts.
Is GoHighLevel billed in US dollars?
Yes, plans are priced and billed in USD. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee if your card is in another currency.
What happens to my data if I cancel GoHighLevel?
You lose access when the subscription ends, and phone numbers can be released. Export contacts, files and anything else you need before cancelling.
